If You do Nordic Skiing, and You want to get on snow early in the season, then the Muonio-area is the right place to go. For years Finnish elite and National Teams have been training on snow in Muonio allready in October. More and more nationalities discover the great opportunities. Norwegians, Swedes, Japanese, Germans, Russians, Estonians and... and...

Rajamaa is in this area. We have fully equiped chalets and a little restaurant. A quiet peaceful place for those who want to concentrate on the training. The track-center of Olos is only 10 minutes away. Here You will find kilometers and kilometers of "early" tracks, both on artificial and natural snow. Artificial tracks 7 km! Early tracks 55 km! Illuminated tracks 25 km! No wonder that many good results in great Championships started here... The high standard of the tracks got an recognition during the opening of the World Cup 1998, that was held here.

Price 2007

Rajamaa has been owned by the Malmström family since the start 1986. We have chalets and a restaurant and we are situated on the Swedish side of the border, 10 minutes drive from Olos skiing centre. We have organized training camps for more than 15 years.

The small chalets have 2 beds in one room, shower/WC, drying closet, and mini-kitchen.
The big chalets have 2 beds in 2 bedrooms. 1 big room, with possibility for 2 more beds. All together max 6 beds. Shower/WC, drying closet, mini-kitchen.
Breakfast is from a buffet. Lunch is normally fish or soup, from buffet. Dinner is also from buffet, including desert.
There is a sauna in the main-building, where is also TV with satellite channels.
There is a space for waxing skis, free of use.

Included in the price:
Accommodation in chalets. Bed-linen.
Daily sauna.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner at our restaurant.
Access to the tracks at Olos.
